Dear Rhonda:

I just want to “thank you” for everything that you have done for my mother, Kristina, while she was the Plano Specialty Hospital. Also thank you for listening to me when I had some issues of concern. Those issues were corrected and everything from then on was good.

I also want to compliment couple of your nurses and CNA’s (Tech). They really went out of their way to make sure that my mother was comfortable and that she was doing well. Those people are:

Barbie Jo, Jeannie, James, Grace, & Mandy

Teena Buggs – is excellent – She is the best! You should have Teena to give training class to all the other CNA’s and show them how they need to take care of the patients. She is very pleasant, cheerful and always checking on her patients and making sure that they are O.K. Has a “can do” attitude.

Rhonda, you probably know all this, but I just thought I would mention this to you because these people are very caring and they represent their profession. Please acknowledge these people and let them know how much they were appreciated for all they have done for my mother. I hope that I did not leave anyone out.
